Seamless transaction. Upon driving up, the necessary forms were provided and easy to fill out. The woman at the weigh station (Brenda L.) was pleasant and professional, and told us exactly where to go for each part of our load. Designated areas were clearly labeled.

Same lady at the weigh station that it seems everyone else has problems with is miserable as ever. Told me homeowners aren’t allowed to dump on top of the hill. Well guess what, I have pictures and receipts to prove that I’ve been going up there 3-4x a year for 20+ years as a “homeowner” without problem until suddenly today I’m not allowed. Dozens of boats, furniture, you name it and it was never a problem. She said she doesn’t care and it’s not her problem. Always ignorant and miserable to put it kindly, won’t post name but here’s a clue: long brown hair and glasses. There are plenty happy people who would love her job! Gotta love local politics

The lady on the intake side was unnecessarily rude and aggressive “ I don’t take lip from kids” was her exact words. The discrepancy was commercial plates being used to haul trash from my fathers personal home. I run a lawn cutting business I was using my dump trailer to get rid of the trash from my fathers house doing him a favor and she also said “ it’s obvious your running a business” to witch I said yes I do but this is not business waste. Lady was off the charts rude and offensive. I have been dumping pallets off twice a year for 27 years. She turned me away saying my pallets were 6' and could only be 5'. She lied and said their trucks would not be able to handle wood that size.
