The weight station Lady's are Excellent, friendly and helpful.
Zero experience 3 times they reload me they don’t know how to load 53 feet of truck was check in 12:45 now it’s 3:20 still unloading me First time they load me 67.000 lbs and they said we load you light go back to door and they load me 82,000 lbs now I cancel the load
Seamless transaction. Upon driving up, the necessary forms were provided and easy to fill out. The woman at the weigh station (Brenda L.) was pleasant and professional, and told us exactly where to go for each part of our load. Designated areas were clearly labeled.
Same lady at the weigh station that it seems everyone else has problems with is miserable as ever. Told me homeowners aren’t allowed to dump on top of the hill. Well guess what, I have pictures and receipts to prove that I’ve been going up there 3-4x a year for 20+ years as a “homeowner” without problem until suddenly today I’m not allowed. Dozens of boats, furniture, you name it and it was never a problem. She said she doesn’t care and it’s not her problem.
