Professional from start to finish Cape May Contracting completed an extensive renovation of our home in West Cape May. Bob and his team excel in communication, ability to listen and adapt to changes, managing a multi-step approval process - including an unforeseen variance, and offering creative solutions to challenges. They delivered a beautiful, custom house that we’re proud to call home.
Cape May Contracting just completed a complete restoration of the exterior of our home in the Cape May Historic District. Every stick of wood was replaced with cedar and mahogany. The asbestos roof was removed and replace with cedar shake. There was no sheathing on the house so Bob and his team added sheathing, insulation and a Zip barrier system prior to installing new cedar siding. We remodeled four bathrooms and installed new flooring, kitchen counters and cabinets, and a pocket door - in addition to other work. Bob and Tom were a pleasure to work with - they responded immediately to any issues, and our house is gorgeous! We are very satisfied customers.
