Went here because I only needed air to air up a tire. I was turned away by an employee or manager who said they were too busy to just give me some air. I offered to pay or even do it myself but they told me to to Jiffy Lube instead. Would never do business with again after that.
Very kind, patient people. Joe has great dad energy! It was far for me but recommended by another shop so glad I went there. Will go back for future tire needs.
I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my truck. I also noticed a tire or 2 was low on air. I pulled up to a bay and asked kindly if I could use their air hose. The shop manager came out to tell me to move my truck and gruffly exclaimed, “We don’t do that!” Well, do I buy tires from this shop? No, “I don’t do that!”
Called HQ two days ago and asked to speak with the owner about insulting behavior of an Orleans location clerk named Derek. I spoke with Joe at Hyannis which he confirmed was at the headquarters. He said he passed the information to the owners. It's nice that they haven't gotten back to me as of yet to apologize. Clearly they don't care about their customers.
