Just wanted to thank Chloe in service for being so kind and understanding after alpt of trouble and disrespectful others at the front desk. She was awesome reccomend speaking to her with any help! Also to end the day had to purchase a new vehicle. Thankfully Michael Magner made the day a little brighter. Was very understanding and helped get everything on a positive note and was very fast! Cape and Islands Kia made the whole process SO easy. I went in to look at a car and Pavel was so informative and thorough. He expedited the whole process and got me into a brand new Telluride the same day. They were all so knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with! Cannot say enough great things about this dealership.
Bobby did a wonderful job with helping me with my lease. In November I went to get some numbers and I was not happy with them. This week I went in ready to hand over the keys, sign whatever needed to be signed and walk home. Bobby worked hard at working with me. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, answered and explained everything to my questions, and was brave enough to get in the vehicle with me being the driver.
