I just leased my second car with Pavel! Such a great "salesperson" from start to finish. I say "salesperson" as he didn't really have to sell me on much. I liked the car, he listened to what i was looking for and didn't waste my time trying to sell me something I didn't want. I would absolutely recommend this Kia Location and especially Pavel! Easy, no hard sells/tactics, and great follow through and service!
8 am oil change appointment they showed up late,I guess a road was closed and they had to go around but keep in mind i was on time early and I had no clue there would be a detour myself

I bought a new car here 4 and a half years ago and it was easy enough. The transaction overall was a good experience. I haven't seen any reviews regarding the Service Department so I just wanted to take a minute and let people know how great their service division is. Everyone is polite, knowledgable and they have always serviced my car in a timely manner and kept me abreast of progress along the way. This entire dealership and service division consistently delivers a 5-Star experience. Very pleased with them overall.
We had an excellent and easy car buying experience! Pavel was very helpful and made this experience so pleasant! We live on Martha's Vineyard and didn't want to keep travelling back and forth and Pavel made it so we could do everything remotely and make one trip to pick up the car. He said he would get me right back on the road, and I was in and out in about half an hour!
