I made an appointment to repair my hearing aide. After a short discussion Mackenzie realized I needed some help with basic understanding about how to maximize my aids. She gave me a 30-minute tutorial which I never got from my dealer. For the first time in 3-years I understand the things I’ve been doing wrong. Just an all around great experience. Mackenzie was amazing. She took time to explain to my mom (who would NOT wear her hearing aids) how the brain works and adjust to new sounds. She explained so much that wasn't explained to her from the Dr. we purchased them from. She explained all the risks from Not wearing them and why she was having problems. She also checked them for adjustments. She has been wearing them now everyday since we left there. Can't thank her enough!
Mackenzie was incredibly helpful to me! On vacation, with a malfunctioning hearing aid, she coordinated a replacement and then spent 45 minutes with me helping me with the new aid and phone app. My regular audiologist did none of these things! Her service was invaluable and I am very appreciative!
They were very helpful and professional. They explained an audiology report in a way that I could understand. Great experience!
