Mackenzie was incredibly helpful to me! On vacation, with a malfunctioning hearing aid, she coordinated a replacement and then spent 45 minutes with me helping me with the new aid and phone app. My regular audiologist did none of these things! Her service was invaluable and I am very appreciative!

Mackenzie is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful in fitting and programming hearing aids. She is also very good in helping to integrate phones and apps.
