After 2 years ignoring my Phonak hearing aids because they itched and were hard to position within my ears, I was referred by a friend to the Cape Islands Hearing Center in Orleans where Mackenzie quickly got me straightened out. Mackenzie was fantastic! I was on vacation on the Cape and one of my hearing aids broke. I called all up and down the cape and finally found Mackenzie who agreed to look at it. Not only did she fix it, but she found the serial number and called the manufacturer and the part was under warranty! Very accommodating and helpful!
After a not so great experience at a hearing aid franchise, I met McKenzie. She has been professional, supportive, helpful, and informative. I would encourage anyone even thinking they might have hearing loss to visit her office. .
