One of my hearing aids quit working and I rely on them! I had never been to Cape and Islands Hearing Centers, but they are in my town so I gave them a call. Mackenzie was able to fit me in to her schedule a couple of hours later. The problem was the receiver; she had one in stock and voila! I can hear again!
I have top-of-the-line Phonak hearing aids provided by the VA, and I rely on Cape and Islands Hearing Centers in Orleans, MA, for all of my maintenance, cleaning, and repairs. Above all, their staff possesses a superb understanding of how to optimize these devices. They are absolutely outstanding in ensuring my hearing aids remain in excellent condition and that I consistently get the best possible performance out of them.
Mackenzie is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful in fitting and programming hearing aids. She is also very good in helping to integrate phones and apps.
