The installers and the office people were very helpful and friendly.
Terrific service. As an experienced carpenter/renovator, I attempted to replace a broken Andersen double hung insulated glass light. Do not do this! After many finger cuts-lesson learned. Cape & Islands did it quickly and expertly.
I never write reviews but this deserves it. The worst customer service. No follow up. Requested a quote 5 times through calls and my contractor even had to get involved and never received. Clearly they are having some serious issues with lack of help. Don’t use!! You’ll never see your bathroom shower done.
When Safelite was giving me the run around Cape and Island stepped up and got the job done in one day. Very pleased with the results and would use this company again without hesitation.
