Paid Cape Island Woodworks $8,825 for a custom built entry door. What was delivered was a door that couldn’t be opened or closed easily - prying it wasn’t enough to get it open. Additional defects include the wrong glass, areas where daylight can be seen through seams of the frame, splintered wood after six months, areas where rain comes in through cracked seams and, not surprisingly, cold air blowing right through all of the lousy framework.
