I had the best experience today! I was a first timer to this store and have been wearing boot my whole life. I went to find a new pair and never realized I’d been doing it wrong for so many years. The ladies taught me so much about different shapes, leathers, soles and fits and spent two hours helping me find the right boots. Apparently my feet are not easy to fit and I was amazed at how knowledgeable the staff were and they knew exactly what I needed. I ended up leaving with two pairs of new boots! The store was very nice and felt traditional. The selection was great too. I think what I enjoyed the most is that everyone was kind, inviting, and very helpful. Especially Bree, she was awesome... thank you for all your help!! I'll definitely be returning even though it's a 50 min drive.
i called at 11:30 am on feb 6 2019 , i specifically asked if they carry mens Black fancy western shirts with piping and embroidered designs . woman says oh sure we have all kinds of scully shirts ....so i drive an hour , 40 miles ..to find out they don't have any black shirts with piping and designs ..NOT EVEN ONE ...thank you for wasting my time ...i will never spend a dime in this store and will tell everyone about your useless customer service
