Mike is amazing!! I’ve been taking my cars to Cape Horn Transmission since 2005, when they opened. First mechanic I actually trust. From basic services to replacing a motor.
Went in with a 2013 Ford Fusion shifting very hard out of park. It would pull out in a high gear that felt like trans slipping, and no sport mode. We were expecting a huge problem with a huge price tag. Dropped it off and within an hour or two Joe called back and had found the problem- a broken wire on a sensor. He replaced it and we picked our car up the next day and gladly paid them a very reasonable bill. I appreciate that he found a simple issue ( simple for them) so quickly and fixed it keeping the costs down. Thanks!
