This is the worst practice with the most disrespectful staff, especially the receptionist they would sit there talking to each other instead of attending to patients. Also there are some real decent doctors there but they're are working at the wrong practice. They also never have appointment i called them 1 year straight for appointment they've always never have any, called the waited on the phone for more than an hour each time, alot of time when they pick up its over an hour with the reply ask for you're name then tell you... read more

I phoned last Friday for an appointment, unfortunately by the time I got through Nin, the Receptionist told me that she had just given the last appointment to the patient in front of me. Nin however said if there were any cancellations that she would phone me back. I put down the phone and thought no way I’m I going to hear from her. A dreaded thought came that I would have to phone up again at 8am today & wait in a queue above 30, but to my surprise & relief Nin was true to her word and she phoned me back to offer me an app... read more

I would just like to thank all the staff at capehill medical Centre. I see a lot of disgruntled reviews about the reception staff, but I have never had a single negative interaction. I believe that if you show respect, you a given it back. The staff on the phones are kind and considerate. They have Hugh volumes of calls every morning yet once I put myself in a call back they get to me having listened to countless people who are ill and may even be rude towards the staff.
