exhausting climb to the top but worth it beautiful look around
I'm with the others - the view is so overgrown by trees that it's all not much more than a hike these days. I wouldn't bother to do it again nor suggest it to my friends. It's a pity because people have worked so hard to realise someone's dream. But nature is reclaiming it - should the trees be pruned to improve the view for us people,? Nahhh
30 minute return, walk some of it a tad arduous......If you're in your later sixties , but very doable....
Somewhat disappointing to find that the tower is largely overgrown , the trees are in need of a good prune to provide a Panoramic View at this stage There is only a view of the ocean back toward town until work is commenced, not a great recommendation.
