Had dinner here and generally enjoyed my visit. My server at the bar, Savannah was amazing, friendly and explained items on the menu that were safe for me to eat (I have a food allergy), and her drinks were delicious. Unfortunately there were AI flyers advertising various specials, and that’s just disappointing. WHY would you use AI to advertise your food?!? Just take a picture!! Please STOP using AI for the love of God!!!
Ryan was a blessing with her understanding and helpful ways and her personalized attention to my concerns on my shoulders as i sat down. Her main and only concern was to assist me and my kids in ways WE needed. Not rushed. Not rude. Not impatient. Loving, kind, and patient with all our requests and turned our messed up morning into a blessing!! She is the true hero in our book that turned our day around!! THANK YOU RYAN FOR GOING ABOVE AMD BEYOND FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!!!
Average food, overpriced because you pay for the convenient location. Service is terrible. They don’t have enough staff so they feel pressure and that makes the experience unpleasant. I also disagree with mandatory 18% gratuity, it incentives bad service. I typically tip 20% so it’s not because I’m cheap.
When we checked in, we were told the food was amazing, the service was excellent, and that the chef was Michelin-starred. We figured, must be nice. Boy, were we wrong. From the moment we arrived, the entire restaurant was a fustercluck. The waitress and host were visibly having some sort of disagreement, and somehow the people who arrived after us were seated before us, despite also being a party of two.
