From the moment we checked in, our experience was exceptional. My mother and I headed to the beach bar after checking in, where we enjoyed two Pina coladas along with a fantastic meal. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. I paid $16 for an omelet that was supposed to have ham in it. I cut it in half. Half had 3 tiny pieces of ham in it. The other half had none. We told the waitress about it and she told the kitchen. Their response was, "it has ham in it"! I own a bakery/Cafe. I would never give my customers that response. And then the waitress only delivered the response and walked off. This place has an automatic 18% gratuity also.
