I have no complaints about the people that have helped me so much and treated me so well. The only complaint I have is about the phone system. It's a bit irritating to not be able to call directly to the Cape clinic. I have to go through Poplar Bluff and be put on hold there and then put on hold again at the Cape clinic. I would be just fine with being put on hold once at the Cape clinic. Wouldn't it be common sense to be able to actually call the place you want directly?
Response; @Cape Girardeau VA Health Care Center (owner) whom responded last time. I have ran that number into the ground trying to get help. Your system does not work. I've written and sent in two complaints as well as filled out various surveys with nothing ever changing. No one ever calls, no follow ups, nothing. So, why would I continue to waste my time? Called my nurse practitioners extention for a medication refill, just for someone to pickup the phone and immediately hangup on me three times. Got in touch with the mental health team for help/support. I was given copious amounts of homework to complete, an entire packet was sent to my house to be completed. I would show up for my appointments that I have in email, to be told I was not scheduled that day and that I was a no show for dates that were never sent to me. This place is a joke.
