We had a great time! We did the 1/2 course, but time went by so quickly, we would probably do the full course if we came again. Josh was a great guide, and was always available for our questions.

We loved our experience at Cape Fear Extreme. It was myself (mom), 20, 16 and 13 yr old. We had the 1st reservation on a Sunday morning so there was no one in front of us. We completed all 4 obstacles, the last coarse is HARD. It not only gets higher, it gets harder. I wanted to throw in the towel at one point but powered through. The safety was top notch. My spouse and I visited the adult zip-line track. We made it all the way through and had an amazing time! Our guide Josh was very helpful and such a pleasant instructor. A couple of tips: I recommend bringing cloth gloves if your hands aren’t used to friction, and make sure to secure your glasses, phone, and anything else that could fall. No need to carry water with you, the park provides it free of charge. It was a lot of fun, a great workout, and an excellent way to burn some calories! Took my family today. We had 2 on the kids course and 4 on the adult. We absolutely loved it and would definitely go again. I will say it's hard and gets harder/higher as you go. Me and my oldest daughter who is 14 made it the whole way through the adult course. My next youngest 13 got out right before the last/ final one and my husband only did the first one due to an old shoulder injury.
