James and family did excellent work and in a timely manner if i need well or pump work again i will call on you again.
After about 15 attempts to contact the company, the older gentleman came out, and gave me an estimate around eight months ago. I agreed. I'm still waiting. This is bad business and I no longer want to do business with this company
I reached out to Cape Fear March 25th to get my well treated. I have been told multiple times now someone is coming out today. Today will be the 5th day my husband has taken off work to be here for the technician. Not once have they called me to let me know they can't make it. Today is the last day we are waiting for them they clearly aren't hurting for business. Will update if they make it out to service my well like they said they would.
Great service, two of the nicest guys showed up to replace my holding tank for my well. They had all the parts with them even a new tank, now that is how to do business. I will use Cape Fear well&pump from now on 😁👍🏻👍🏻
