Great service, two of the nicest guys showed up to replace my holding tank for my well. They had all the parts with them even a new tank, now that is how to do business. I will use Cape Fear well&pump from now on 😁👍🏻👍🏻
In the beginning he did a good job identifying what kind of pump we needed. I went ahead and got the right pump and all the supplies from the list, he then installed the pump,but right after he left,I noticed a leak, I asked my husband if it was normal and he said he didn't know,plus it was dark so we figured it was due to being just installed. Words can’t express my gratitude, I had been without water for over a month with no one wanting to help us, I was referred to cape fear and James came out and had water within 2 hours! I was wrongfully diagnosed previously with a different company who basically didn’t want to touch it, and cape fear got me back in business and the pricing was completely reasonable! Thanks again James you’re my hero <3
If there is a rate below 0 I would give it to them, there customer service is bad all they do is apologizing and can't do anymore than that, they wasted our time I gave them the address to give me a quote, it took them 3 months and I am still got not quote from them, everytime I talk to the lady they say oh the guy who did the quote always she comes with different EXCUSE . I wouldn't hire them for any type of work.
Mr. James and his son are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. They fixed my pump in a timely manner and the price was affordable. I highly recommend them for any well and pump issues.
