My mother Rebecca Thomas had brain surgery at cape fear valley and had to go to rehab after we were worried about how things would be but I just want to say they are excellent my mamma is treated very well they feed her help her eat wash use the restroom I haven't heard her complain about one thing the whole time she's been there it's Been 2 weeks she's on the surgery floor she's said everyone is really nice and good to her but she loves Jessica, Geraldine, Josi, Olivia and many more ♡ ty for all you guys do
Janis, Jessica and Brigette were wonderful. However some cnas seemed to want to be anywhere but there. Mostly during the evening/overnight hours, you ring for help to get to the restroom and could wait 15 minutes or more for someone to come. When I was released I was not given a list or instructions for physical therapy exercises I could do at home until I could arrange outpatient therapy..Mornings started early at 7a and would be a rush to get dressed, have breakfast and have 3 hours of PT and OT.
