My mother Rebecca Thomas had brain surgery at cape fear valley and had to go to rehab after we were worried about how things would be but I just want to say they are excellent my mamma is treated very well they feed her help her eat wash use the restroom I haven't heard her complain about one thing the whole time she's been there it's Been 2 weeks she's on the surgery floor she's said everyone is really nice and good to her but she loves Jessica, Geraldine, Josi, Olivia and many more ♡ ty for all you guys do
Janis, Jessica and Brigette were wonderful. However some cnas seemed to want to be anywhere but there. Mostly during the evening/overnight hours, you ring for help to get to the restroom and could wait 15 minutes or more for someone to come. When I was released I was not given a list or instructions for physical therapy exercises I could do at home until I could arrange outpatient therapy..Mornings started early at 7a and would be a rush to get dressed, have breakfast and have 3 hours of PT and OT. I was in Cape Fear Valley rehab center for almost 12 days. I was so impressed with quality of care by the nurses, CNA’s, Occupational Therapists and the Physical Therapists. Each person cared for you just like you were a member of their own family. They were so kind and caring! They listened to our concerns and acted upon them to give you the best possible outcome! A really A+ facility and I would not hesitate to go there again!
Words can't fairly express the dedication and passion i noticed from the entire staff. They make me feel like I was the only patient when I knew they also were caring to a more needed patients. Thanks to the nurses and rehab team. May God bless all of you beyond your wildest dreams. Alex
