I am HIGHLY dissapointed in my care and visit. This was my first visit and while Becky was great, my doctor was not!Dr Arora that is. Firstly this was a video meeting which I was not even aware it even would be one until I got in the room. Secondly the doctor seem annoyed and spent all of 2 mins with me on the video call. The whole visit just felt rushed. I was done is 15mins. Meanwhile Dr Arora was asking me questions as if I was the doctor or sent the referral over myself. Been going there for a while now and I really love it because the atmosphere is lovely and the staff and Dr's are friendly and care a great deal about their patients.
