Long wait time
My mother- Inlaw has been going here for many years and the wait time has gotten so bad. A 30-minute routine visit taking 2 hours is not good. The nurses and lab staff are very good though. PCP was late for the appointment at her own office. No one informed us that the wait time would be longer. I think they need to communicate better with the patients if they have to wait a long time.
