My mother- Inlaw has been going here for many years and the wait time has gotten so bad. A 30-minute routine visit taking 2 hours is not good. The nurses and lab staff are very good though. PCP was late for the appointment at her own office. No one informed us that the wait time would be longer. I think they need to communicate better with the patients if they have to wait a long time. I have been with Robeson Family Care over 2 years and I would like to stay in Dr. Herman Chavis care under my new medicaid Trillium Care. Dr. Chavis has been very caring to my health needs. Dr. Chavis listens to my concerns and make sure to get me the care that I need . The front staff that checks me in are friendly also.
I have been going to Robeson family practice for years. The team of Dr.'s Locklear and Chavis are amazing. Npa Jamie Jones is also very compassionate and caring. Thanks for caring about my health.
