If I could give zero I would. This is the worst emergency room in the area for many reasons. Hour-long waits no matter what, and you are surrounded by others who have waited for hours and could make you sick in such a dysfunctional waiting room. I have gone in and there have been people on the floor in the bathroom, people not being helped to the bathrooms, and just in general not getting care they need while being exposed to what is possibly the worst emergency room environment out of any around this area. One star only because it doesn't allow me not This place has had a family members sitting in the er in a wheelchair for over 15 hrs and is still waiting to be taken to a room. This is absolutely ridiculous not to mention when they're fiance got there was told she wasn't even allowed in the lobby with him she had to leave.
I've been in the children's hospital emergency room for several hours. The service was poor. I've been here for over six hours, and I haven't received any treatment.
A great place to go if you want to wait 12 hours in intense pain only to be given a single painkiller, charged $1,000 while under the influence of their medicine, and then kicked out with nothing to keep your condition stable. That is to say, stay away if you can help it.
The pediatric ER never misses a beat. We’ve had to bring our 20 month old a few times over her short life and every time they have been amazing. Specifically last night when I was worried sick and crying at the front desk over my child. So grateful for compassionate and caring nurses and doctors who immediately got my daughter triaged and put in a room to be looked at. I’ll never bring my daughter anywhere else in Fayetteville but here!
