Dr Qian is an excellent doctor. Very caring and thorough. I highly recommend her and pray that her manner is copied by other care professionals as the standard. Thank you Dr. Qian.
New method of blood draw at the Village Drive location is horrible. Wait time in two waiting areas is crowded and uncomfortable. Staff is very slow and waste clients time, because most have fasted before medical appointment and now has to leave and drive to Village Drive location for a much longer wait. I am very disappointed with moving from Medical Arts location which was more efficient and a time saver for patients.
The experience was very pleasant even though we were at a different location due to renovation of the original office.
I always enjoy my visits at Cape Fear Internal Medicine. Everyone, from the time I check in until the time I leave, is very cordial. My nurse and my doctor are very competent, personable and are caring. I look for those characteristics, (and a few more) when dealing with my health.
It was phenomenal. My first real Doctor’s visit. It was awesome. Courteous, thorough and caring staff.
