At first I thought maybe it was me but after sitting back watching other patients interactions and with my mother witnessing also, Julia at the front desk is extremely rude. EVERY interaction I have had with her on the phone and in person has been very unpleasant. As a former CFV Employee this is NOT how patients are to be treated. The staff there is hospitable.
I just came here because I thought my appointment was at the this office. It was my first time coming here and it was a terrible experience. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said the doctor doesn’t see patients here on Mondays. I tried to explain my appointment was changed and she cut me off while looking my information up then rudely cut me off and told me I was at the wrong place.
