I was referred to him and when I called him over 4 times yesterday I never got a call back that day or the next. Not very professional to me. I was told he stepped out n will call when he return but never did. And this was what he told me to do after talking to a friend that knew him. the last time I called he answered the phone and told me he was out for 15 minutes now that what you call real unprofessional. for the record I would not refer him to his self with this type of business behavior. never never ever!!!!!!manager a... read more
This guy is knowledgeable and honest! Nationwide transmission on Ft Bragg Rd. quoted me $900 and couldn't tell me all he was going to do. Ronald at Cape Fear Trans. told me exactly what he would do to fix my transmission, showed me the parts he would use, and quoted me exactly what it would cost. More than half of Nationwide's quote. He is a REAL SPECIALIST!
