I have been to several other places for treatment and they do not compare at all!! I had Leigh do Botox, lip and cheek filler and I could not believe my results! It looks soo natural but has made such a huge difference! I have had numerous people comment. I’m addition, the results last! Leigh is professional, compassionate and puts so much effort into making sure you are completely satisfied!! I will absolutely be going back and telling all my friends!
Leigh is amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable and is so knowledgeable about the procedures and expectations. I have had 3 vampire facials and Botox treatments and the results are amazing! My skin looks better than it has in years! I highly recommend Leigh and Cape Fear Skin Solutions!!

After about the thousandth time that my wife told me my skin was a disaster and that my forehead had more deep lines than the Grand Canyon, I relented and let her book me an appointment to get a PRP facial and some botox.
