Had a great time canoeing & kayaking down the river. CFRA made it very easy. Excellent customer service.Â
I had an easy time renting a kayak. The young lady from MI who was working was helpful and very nice and let me decide if I wanted a second hour while I was on the river. The current was slow enough to paddle up stream but still fast enough to get a work out. I made it to the Rock Garden, had a little break and got back at 2 hours exactly. The kayak was comfortable and a reasonable price.Â
We stayed in a covered wagon and did the Easy Paddle adventure. The accommodations were so clean and comfortable. There were lots of little extras that made such a difference! The staff for the kayak trip were so kind and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a family trip in NC!!Â
This is our second trip kayaking with this wonderful group of people. Kala or Kaylie… was fantastic she told us the easiest way to go for those of us over 60still got to practice getting out of the kayak but that will be our next time we go. I highly recommend this group of people even though Tyler didn’t speak much( lol) .
