As much as I loved Jenna as a therapist, their billing practices were impractical. I would frequently not get billed the day of, then billed double the next session. About a year ago, they realized there were multiple sessions over the course of 6 months I wasn’t charged for and got charged with over $200 at once. I was promised it wouldn’t occur again.
