So first off for those that wont read the entire review , This is the Only place to shop! I called them about a carburetor for my Honda mower. I gave them the model number and the serial number. They told me that they had one in stock. I picked it up and put it on my mower and it didn’t work so I cleaned my old one up and installed it back on my mower and it worked. I took the new one back and asked for a refund. They told me that they don’t take them back if they were installed on the mower. How do I know it will work if I don’t install it to see? They offered to take it back by deducting 20%.
