I do my allergy shots at home, and trying to get new vials is an absolute nightmare. They had attempted to make improvements with their staffing issues in the allergy department last year but it’s right back to the same issues as before. Most recently I called and said I sent my logs via the patient portal and was met with “we have a patient portal?” in response.
