Worst customer service I've ever experienced! We bought a watch here for my step son as a graduation gift and had it engraved. When they removed the back to engrave it they didn't put it back in the right way, well the watch was water resistant up to 300 ft. But since they didn't put the back on correctly water got inside the watch. My husband went to return it and they argued with him saying even though its "water resistant" you still shouldn't get it wet, and they didn't want to replace it.
