Extremely responsive, but technician misdiagnosed issue.
Fast, professional, courteous, service. Repaired our AC during the tropical storm 8/24. Highly recommend!!!
They were very quick to respond and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. I left my 19 year-old daughter to handle the situation because I had no choice but to work so that the 18 or older requirement. Randy was fantastic and working with me over the phone explaining things. Later, when I had a problem getting the filter incorrectly, he talked me through it over the phone.
