My dryer had been taking longer than usual, so I decided to have the vent checked. The buildup was cleaned out and I was happy to finally get the issue looked at.
I had a good experience with the air duct cleaning. The technician came prepared, checked the ductwork first, and then got started. He explained things clearly and worked carefully throughout the house. I liked the straightforward approach and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. The cleanup afterward was also handled well.
I was happy with the cleanliness of the work area after the job. Nothing was left scattered around.
The dryer vent inspection gave me peace of mind. They explained what they found and handled the cleaning professionally.
I was impressed with the professionalism and care shown during the service. Great work overall.
