This is a review of the Novant Hospital, Wilmington, NC. After an early morning 45 min drive, I showed up promptly at 8:00 am this morning to admit my mother for a 2 1/2 day stay to monitor a new heart med. After checking my mom in, we were told they had three people scheduled for the same thing but only two beds available. We were the third to check in so sorry there was no bed for her. Dr. Spencer is excellent! He has a laid back demeanor, yet let's you know that he's heard you. He'd already reviewed all of my prior visit notes related to our first appointment. I felt so relieved and confident in my care when I left his office. Highly recommend!!
