Updated review: After this visit, I identified multiple inaccuracies in my clinical notes and filed a formal grievance. I later received written confirmation stating that the inaccurate chart notes had been investigated and removed. Despite this assurance, the notes were not removed from my medical record. This medical practice is a danger to the community because of inexperienced nurses and arrogant doctors. Due to their reckless training/staffing, I now have to get a second opinion...feel free to read the details if you want but I would not recommend this practice. VA referral based on a TIA. 1st Echo completed by a highly experienced and professional staff member, knew her stuff. Results showed three issues with my heart. I was there for a Tilt-Table test. The nurses were kind and very professional. I felt quite safe and comfortable.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this cardiology office has been so consistently harmful that I feel a responsibility to speak up. Across multiple visits, I was repeatedly dismissed, minimized, and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking legitimate help. Instead of listening to my concerns, two different doctors told me they had “patients with worse symptoms" than mine, as if my suffering didn’t matter.
