I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this cardiology office has been so consistently harmful that I feel a responsibility to speak up. Across multiple visits, I was repeatedly dismissed, minimized, and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking legitimate help. Instead of listening to my concerns, two different doctors told me they had “patients with worse symptoms" than mine, as if my suffering didn’t matter. Something is wrong with their phones. It take months to be seen. They don't communicate when there is test results. You just have to figure it out yourself
I have been going to this complex for over a year. My doctors,Dr. Meine and Dr Iler have both operated on me numerous times for a heart condition. both doctors never failed to explain in detail exactly what they were going to do and what I should expect. After each procedure, they would come in recovery and go over in detail what they had done while I was in the OR. The staff at Novant was equally proficient.
