Love Dr. Garretts attentiveness and caring for my medical needs.
Something is wrong with their phones. It take months to be seen. They don't communicate when there is test results. You just have to figure it out yourself
I have been going to this complex for over a year. My doctors,Dr. Meine and Dr Iler have both operated on me numerous times for a heart condition. both doctors never failed to explain in detail exactly what they were going to do and what I should expect. After each procedure, they would come in recovery and go over in detail what they had done while I was in the OR. The staff at Novant was equally proficient. As a caretaker for my 96 yo mother going into Wilmington from Topsail is a chore. However both the provider Martin (PA) and device check tech I think Karen(please look up her name) managed to see her back to back so as not to make two trips. However on the morning of the appointments 17 July she received a call needing her to come in 3 hours earlier.
