The rescue mission is one of my all time favorite places to shop and in general one of my top places to go in ILM. I love the community that it has and also the impact that it creates on our neighborhood. For years I have been welcomed by an amazing and friendly staff that lends a helping hand in any way possible. You can find treasures in all shapes and forms here! I LOVE the rescue mission!! so much fun to shop in the thrift store, and also to know my $ are going to help those in need right here in Wilmington. Great place to donate to as well, they are a non profit (for the men and women who they serve). Staff are all warm and friendly. And Dave is definitely an added bonus to this mission! xoxo

I support The Rescue Mission whole heartily. This agency has been providing services since the 1970s and continues to grow. The employees and volunteers work tirelessly to provide more than food, shelter, and opportunities. The Rescue Mission feeds the soul as well. Whether you are a client or customer, The Mission has a little something for everyone.
