Our Generac power backup is now 10 years old and has been under the care of Gape Fear Generators since it was installed. Their service staff is very professional, and I appreciate knowing that they automatically schedule annual maintenance checkups. I never really worry about the Generac not running when we need it as Cape Fear Generators makes sure it will be running when we need it.

Mike Roberts came and setup my Kohler app, updated latest software and attached clamp on pvc line. He answered some basic operational questions and walked through some examples. He was very professional, friendly and patient.
Dependable and reliable service. The technician was very courteous and explained the process that he would be going through to service my generator. I have no problems recommending these guys for any work you may need on your generator!
