I have been a customer of cape fear generators and EWE for over 18 years. They have installed whole house generators at my last house and my current house. They do maintenance twice a year. Very honest and professional.
Our Generac power backup is now 10 years old and has been under the care of Gape Fear Generators since it was installed. Their service staff is very professional, and I appreciate knowing that they automatically schedule annual maintenance checkups. I never really worry about the Generac not running when we need it as Cape Fear Generators makes sure it will be running when we need it.
Very easy to work with and always on time. Very nice people and techs are super.
