Since I first came here in January Miss Vee welcomed me in with a warm smile and high energy. When I told her my story and my struggles in finding a place she gave full attention and immediately had a place for me to look at. She’s the most valuable asset to this park. She gave me the great deal of a mobile home. It’s a three bedroom when I needed it at the time she was there she understand everything that I was going through. Ms Vee Is The Best RGM !! She truly is amazing at what she does and I hope she continues to flourish in every way. Her vibe and demeanor goes a very long way she’s very respectful and it’s easy to talk to her. She’s been making this process very easy even when it comes to things the company can’t do she still gives advice and suggestions on where I could get the help I needed , and if she ever decides to go anywhere else I would be following ! My name is Krystle and I have lived here at cape fear for about 3 years now and I have seen property owners come and go but Ms V and her maintenance staff have been here strong they keep this place going I love them they are always on top of things if it wasn’t for them this place would go under keep up the great work y’all
The staff is very helpful. Nice and quiet to me a great place to live . If I need repairs maintenance is right on it. I wouldn't change the staff for nothing in the world.
