These are the conditions of the air conditioner and ducts, there is no complete information from the management when paperwork is done about the responsibilities of the client and/or management!
You have to constantly complain to them for anything to be fixed. When you call or try to reach them, they don’t respond til a day or days later. Also, they will send you eviction notice for being 25 dollars short on rent but when you need something fixed, they don’t get to it in a timely manner. It’s not fair!!! AT ALL!!!!!
Very unprofessional I had an appointment to talk to them at 1pm and nobody was there or called to tell me to reschedule. I called 3 times and texted them no call back or text back waste of time and space NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
