I recently worked with Cape Fear on a stormwater project, and I was impressed by their responsiveness from day one. This company and their in house geologist blatantly take advantage of customers. We were initially given a verbal quote on April 13th of $1000 to have a 55 gallon barrel tested to determine the contents from a property being sold. After approval we received an invoice on April 27th and the estimate jumped to $1500. Never used the service, but I can tell you their drivers are dangerous. Driving slow in the left lane on Hwy 17, holding up morning traffic. When I passed him on the right, he was looking down at his cell phone and continued to do this for at least another mile before he turned off the road.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Great company to work with! Got my reports very quick and would answer the phone and help me with any questions I had.
