Not worth the headache Dickson Kessler was the most unprofessional person I have EVER dealt with. Not only did he mess up my policy and not provide information I needed about it, I had several important policy coverage and lapse issues that he didn't bother to fix or clear up. He wouldn't even help me fix the mess he helped create or figure out what was happening.
