Professional and Efficient
Excellent first-time visit!!! The staff is friendly, caring and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, check-in was easy (filling in your forms beforehand saves time at the office) and I was taken in promptly on time. Jenna was very knowledgeable and professional. She presented and concise summary of my condition and prognosis and answered all my questions. She immediately arranged for additional testing and has followed up after each lab visit. I feel I am in good hands at Novant Cancer Institute.
As always the cancer center is focused on patient care! It starts with Mercedes on the check in desk and with the encouraging words from Dr Schreiber.
My experience with oral cancer here has been good.
