The doctors here are great, but the front desk experience is consistently unpleasant. There’s usually one woman at the front, and the way she has spoken to me - and to others I’ve witnessed - is unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. I’ve been trying to switch offices for months because her attitude ruins my day every time I come in.
A positive experience in a pleasant environment. Good professional advice , care and treatment today and for the six years I have been a patient at this practice.

I have been very pleased with the care I have received from Cape Fear Arthritis, beginning with Dr Snow and his assessment but then my follow up care with Erika Lynch. She has provided answers, or researched them, to help me figure out a plan of care for my specific, unusual health issues to get the results I needed. I found it is essential to have a rheumatologist evaluate a Dexa scan and not accept a number (which is an average) from your primary care provider. Wish I had known that 20 years ago!
