Dr. Elder and his staff were so professional, listened to me explain why I was there. Answered all my questions.
Highly satisfied with audiologist appointment. Very competent, takes her time, answers all questions. . Audiology staff checking in and out is competent, efficient, pleasant and polite unlike past experience with Dr elder’s office staff.
I was fitted by Dr Davidson for hearing aids. A pleasant, hassle free process. I've .had one follow up so far, another scheduled in six weeks.
Dr Elders is great, However there seems to be a very big problem with their office staff’s competency and attitude. Someone from their office sent an Imaging Order for a CT scan to another ENT office instead of to an Imaging facility. I nicely explained what had happened , after the other ENT office had contacted me to let me know they were sent the order for my CT scan by mistake. The Cape Medical Group refused to send the order to the correct imaging facility and did not offer to mail me the order / script. They told me to... read more
