Was directed to this store for a specific part I needed. Called to make sure and to arrange the pickup of the item by a friend. The lady that answered the phone was short and felt like I annoyed her with my information. I don’t know a lot about electrical stuff … but she certainly was not attempting to make my call easy or pleasurable.
Recently went in on a Friday to purchase a ballast for a light fixture. One of the staff explained to me that the ballast I had is no longer produced so he sold me one that "would work with the bulbs I was using" which I also purchased from them. The ballast did not, in fact work, so I found one on an old fixture and all is well with the light now but, I tried to return the ballast that they sold me the following Tuesday and was informed that they couldn't resale it therefore they would not refund my $37.
