So a full year later, and I feel we’ve had time to reflect. We originally met with and signed our contract with Cynthia. Subsequently she sold the business which was totally her choice. We weren’t told about the change in management after signing the contract and before the tasting. We showed up to the tasting with a new owner and a new vibe. We then got assigned a new coordinator who we worked with for a few weeks before she quit or was asked to leave. Leading into our event, we had a new coordinator, and we had assurances ... read more
