This used to be a five star review. That was before they charged insurance a high four figure bill for a 2.7 mile round trip and harassed me for the residual $700. The medics are great. The company is trash.
Accept or hate private ambulance services, the two EMS who responded tonight were thorough, helpful, and compassionate.
The two girls Treated my mother horribly. She was in 10 out of 10 pain dealing with pancreatitis after being in the hospital for 3 weeks and only home for two days. Very uncaring and unprofessional: asked for a blanket and they didn’t even give it to her: Did not take her or her pain and condition seriously.
I was called by their emergency phone number today from someone who had to intentionally dial my brand new phone number that no one expect for Cory Campbell has!!! I have a protection order and he is not allowed to have any unauthorized contact with me on a condition of his probation! He plead guilty to giving me 5 staples in my skull!!! They continue to allow him to work for them! This company is a joke!!! They should be shut down!!
