The vet and vet techs were absolutely amazing however the redhead behind the desk was very rude and very condescending and fake. All I did was ask how much longer. My dog had been seen and treated. I was waiting almost an hour for paperwork and the bill. I politely asked how much longer and she went off about the quoted time and I politely said I understand my dog has already been seen and treated. From the starting point to the end, they were all wonderful I on the other hand was a basket case, so worried about my Gronk. They took great care of him, even though he was the loudest patient there. I recommend this place 1000 times over! Mary was a gem, and so nice! I love this place and everyone there!
I always take my pets to this place, they’re always on time and the doctors are very knowledgeable about everything that comes up, the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well.
I should of written this in the Spring. It's been 6 months since our smooth haired dachshund was operated on his right back leg for bone plate trauma. It was a tough recovery and it was hard to make the decision to do this. So glad we did! His leg is perfect! It was so deformed I don't think he could of lived the rest of his life with it. Thanks to Dr. Zuckermans making sure he was getting it right with especially made implants and the staff there. I took my bunny here for her first vet appointment and the team was SO sweet, kind, caring, and patient. They were so helpful with giving me information and helping out my bun. Dr. Berg is AMAZING!
