My overall experience with dr siegert was great but the office staff namely the rude ignorant and heartless woman who collects co-pays should NOT be working with people or patients period. She has been rude and ignorant on every interaction I personally have ever had with her going back to 2018, after having complications with my hernia sergury she refused me service over a 4 year old co-payment that I didn't even know I owed. Dr. Seigert and his staff have been a God send to me. I was 9 days into Summer in another State when my gallbladder decided it was sick. Then I got covid pneumonia. He offered to help as my Dr. Is out of State. Thank you Again for everything!
This "group" apparently thinks its alright to open mailboxes and stuff their solicitation garbage in you private mail. This is a FEDERAL law violation and they have no right entering a gated community as well.
