My children have been seen by the physicians at CC Pediatrics since the day they were each born. They are both now teenagers. In the 18 years that my children have been patients, they have been treated by the most professional, the most knowledgeable, the most compassionate, kind and caring doctors, nurses and support staff that I have ever known. Cape Cod Pediatrics provides poor patient care and their staff frequently provides misinformation. Today, for example, I went with a sick child to the office to get relief for cold symptoms. The nurse was rough and careless while performing the COVID test, causing unnecessary pain to the patient. The doctor was nice and attentive, providing instructions for care and medication and stating that the prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, the list of medications was incomplete, and ... read more

My experience at Cape Cod Pediatrics was extremely disappointing. The staff demonstrated unprofessionalism and a lack of commitment to children's well-being, making the visit uncomfortable and unproductive. I strongly advise seeking help elsewhere for your family's sake.
