We opened A Cape Cod Ocean Manor in March of 2002 with an idea of a special place for couples. When we originally walked into the Inn and saw the views of the marsh and Nantucket Sound we were taken back by its beauty and peacefulness. My husband and I stayed at Cape Cod Ocean Manor for our anniversary getaway. It was very cozy, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with all fresh baked pastries, fresh cut fruits, bagels, coffee and teas. Beautiful views and a private balcony. Martin and his staff are very nice and helpful. Ocean Manor is in walking distance to beaches, some of the best restaurants and shopping. We definitely will be going back again.

I spent a rainy weekend in September at this bed and breakfast and had a most relaxing stay. I walked along the nearby beaches during the periods when the rain held up, and it was absolutely delightful feeling the water ( which was surprisingly warm) lapping at my feet with my toes sunk in the sand. The summer crowds had gone away by then so I had the beach mostly to myself. This was my 3rd stay at Ocean Manor and it will not be my last.
