The counseling is great. The psychiatry there talk down to you like a child and they seem to care more about their rules than your mental health
I loved going there, however did not love that the staff didn't listen to me. Not exactly the most trans friendly place. First of all discriminating against me by telling me I "HAD TO" use the men's room. Also allowed a toxic person to stay who did nothing but start trouble including get exactly what they wanted, me out of the program.
We have only been working with SouthBay a short time but it's a 5 star so far.
