This week I got to see these guys twice. Once for HVAC and the other to replace some copper piping . Friendly and professional, priced appropriately and we were very satisfied. Great company, highly recommend them !!
Steve serviced our home in Truro: turned on outside showers and water and hot water heater and in Eastham: serviced water conditioner. He was on time, fast, very pleasant, worked hard, solved a problem and left everything clean. I would like to have him back for my fall exterior water shut off. CC Mechanical has serviced several items for me in this past year and have been good to us; one electrical repair was a bit expensive but the plumbing was priced fairly and done well.
We recently decided to have our 12 year old direct vent natural gas water heater replaced. We contacted CCMS to get a price. The price was reasonable so we booked an appointment to have it replaced before it failed and caused a problem. Steve M (the plumber) arrived in a timely manner, along with a student from CC Tech, she was learning and helping out. They worked very well together and got the job done. This the parent company of Blue Hills Mechanical. I did an oil to gas boiler conversion over 3 months ago. Received and personally delivered the check in the full amount on the invoice marked "final". Yesterday I get a bill for $4K with an explanation of "sub-contractor". I called the sub contractors and they were all paid in full. DO NOT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! SHADY AND FRAUDULENT!!!!
Thank you Cape Cod Mechanical Systems! Especially to Steve and his partner! We were having issues with 2 toilets and 1 sink, at the preschool. Steve made sure to fix everything right away for us. They worked around our staff and kiddos and finished quickly to ensure we had working toilets for the school. We are very thankful!
