Fabulous. New location. Hotel lobby, bar, all beautiful. Rooms spacious. Great location near downtown Hyannis. Fun time
House keeping is very pushy and weird. Lots of stairs in weird places doesn’t seem handicap friendly or accessible.
Room 340 sliding glass door has a broken handle but worse it doesn’t slide on the runners, no phone in the room to call the front desk -shower rod keeps falling down and as a warning male sure you can carry anything you bring down a half flight of stairs as there is no outside access to parking lot and no elevator - response from front desk was all over the spectrum
