Couldn’t even make an appointment they were so rude on the phone the front desk had poor English so she put me forwarded to a nurse acting like she had told her what was happening I had to reexplain my very personal struggles to be told I need a referral even tho my insurance has told me I do not for her to say well it’s up to your insurance… I just told you I already know the policy.. nevermind I will find a more helpful office I’ve already lived here two years without seeing an OBGYN
I was going to the ob directly next to the hospital but after canceling on me an hour before my app I was recommended to come here and have sense switched to this office. Great office, amazing atmosphere and seen in a timely manner
